Today’s Ultrasound

Today we had another ultrasound at Dr. Burch’s office. We we’re able to see the tiny heart pumping and just how much the little guy has developed so far. You can see the head (on the right) and body in addition to the little arms and legs that are poking out its sides. After another week or so, the baby will be able to curl its fingers and toes and kick around (though, it will be a couple of months before Kennye will be able to feel any of that).
We’re scheduled to go back for another checkup in a couple of weeks. The doctor mentioned that we’d go through some sort of “education session” meant for those who have just completed their first trimester. After that, we’ll be about 7 or 8 weeks away from learning if it’s a girl or boy!

I can’t wait to meet my new neice or nephew and the girls can’t wait to meet their new cousin!!!! We love you all more than you’ll know!!
